Understanding Self for Better Connection. Learn how to connect well with others, hold deep conversations, and lead more effectively. Experience life-changing results by learning powerful tools for how to hold deeper conversations, bolster social interactions, lead people, establish boundaries, and address conflict. Participants also learn character structure components behind each skill and experience deep, meaningful growth. In an age of increased technology and isolation, connection is needed more than ever, whether it be between friends, family members, or leaders and employees. This workshop can be presented for groups at corporations, churches, community forums, or families in a 70-minute format once a week for 7 or 8 weeks.

Advanced management practices. Whether you work in healthcare, finance, or manufacturing, the hard skills of the profession usually aren't the problem. The key challenge is often the soft skills—the really hard skills. Learn how to hold meaningful conversations, address conflict, lead employees, and manage in a way that makes employees glad to have you as a manager.

Increase employee retention. Employees stay in their role because they are treated well by their supervisor and colleagues every day, not because of organization-wide retention gimmicks. This workshop involves up to 12 of your managers meeting for one hour a week for 6 weeks. Participants will learn how to better relate to employees and become the manager everyone wants. Customized follow-up with each participant is included. Participants will demonstrate increased performance and a significantly reduced turnover compared to a control group of managers when measured after 6 and 12 months, which will have huge implications for your organization's finances.

Reduce burnout. Learn how to identify and eliminate behaviors that limit healthy boundaries and decision-making capabilities. Gain increased energy by knowing you're more in control of situations and your responses. Great for managers or employee teams.

How to hold deeper conversations. Go beyond surface-level talk to be heard and understood—and to really hear and understand others. You'll learn a method of conversing that you can use in appropriate situations to strengthen bonds with other people and make conversations more meaningful.

Why and how to address conflict. This is the most daunting challenge for so many leaders. Gain tools for how to do this effectively with greater skill to maintain healthier relationships in work and in life—as well as achieve better performance.

New manager boot camp. For new and recently new managers, learn proven methods for how to successfully manage your team and each employee individually. You'll also learn how to avoid common mistakes many new managers make. You are now a key authority figure in someone's life, so make sure you are leading well and helping people flourish.

Bearing fruit. Our life is like a tree, and we bear fruit. This faith-based workshop series shows how to bear better fruit by focusing on the soil and developing strong roots. Once those are well-grown, the fruit will take care of itself. Participants will learn a character and competency model that is based on the Bible and neuroscience research to strengthen performance in all areas of their life.
